After a client approves a sample, we set up assembly facilities or series production, if required, and deliver our ready-to-install products worldwide.       • De-oiling, fine cleaning, and ultra-fine cleaning: We offer specialised cleaning solutions for your CNC turned and milled parts to achieve thorough surface as well as technical cleanliness according to client specifications. To do so, we use effective, product-specific cleaning methods.

    • Service

      • Production lines are becoming increasingly flexible and automated. To achieve this, timely provision of ready-to-install parts, components and assemblies is necessary. As a reliable, future-oriented supplier of precision CNC turned and milled parts as well as ready-to-install precision components, we look to your specific requirements and concepts such as Kanban or framework supply agreements for guidance in terms of supply and procurement – made possible and on-time through the use of error-free, digitised data exchange (e.g. via EDI) between any types of systems.

        Individual concepts require tailored solutions.
        We adapt to the different logistical framework of our clients – from Kanban to specific framework supply agreements. Produced components are cleaned and packaged, ready for installation, according to client specifications.
